Supporting Young Adults Navigating Their Journey Into Adulthood

Supporting The Transition Into Independence

All our young adults are allocated a keyworker upon admission who will work closely with them to ensure they feel supported, and have everything they need. Our young adults are encouraged to participate in sessions to help them build a positive future. Support sessions include an array of topics from increasing independent living skills to basic DIY, supporting mental health, along with seeking education, employment and training opportunities.
